Our Story
follow Me Ministries was born from a deep conviction that the modern American life—even for many faithful Catholics—has drifted far from the Gospel. Many of us have been unwittingly shaped by a culture that values independence, consumerism, and comfort more than communion, mission, and sacrifice.
This ministry began as a response to that reality. Through personal experience, prayer, and deep formation, our founder recognized that real transformation happens when men and women walk together—integrating their spiritual lives and human formation—so they can fully live the path God has laid before them.
follow Me Ministries started as a small group of devout Catholic men pursuing discipleship and healing. It is now growing into a movement to help disciples break free from society's culturally toxic talons and rediscover their true identity, mission, and wholeness in Christ.

Vision
To awaken men and women to a freer, deeper, and more powerful life in Christ by integrating their spiritual, human, emotional, intellectual, and physical formation—so they can joyfully live and offer all they are back to God, their families, and the world.
Mission
follow Me Ministries exists to guide individuals beyond the false promises of a secular, comfort-driven culture and into the abundant life of the Gospel. Through a deep spiritual life, authentic discipleship, ongoing human formation, and discernment of personal mission, we help each other grow in unity with Christ, ourselves, and others while living our unique apostolic call from the heart.
What We Believe

God calls each person to follow Him personally—with everything: all our beliefs, our whole lives.

The human person is made in the image and likeness of God—spiritual, human, emotional, intellectual, and physical. We are made for relationships, like the Trinity, a multiplicity and a unity.

The spiritual life must be rooted in frequent daily intimacy with Christ, and nourished by the Sacraments and the Church.

Prayer is air in the spiritual life—and it is where we allow God to love us... in an ever-deepening intimacy.

Human formation is essential—emotional healing and self-integration are not optional but vital to the deepest union with God.

Our culture distorts the Gospel, often replacing purpose with comfort and mission with retirement. We reject this.

Every person has a unique apostolate—a personal mission that God is inviting them to live, even (especially) in the second 'half' of life.

We offer small group communities, mentorship, and guided accompaniment for men seeking spiritual growth, emotional healing, and mission clarity.

We walk with individuals ready to discover and live their God-given calling. Whether you're transitioning from a career, discerning a new work of mercy, or serving in hidden ways, we help you clarify your path.
Includes: Charism discernment, apostolate coaching, personal planning support, and story sharing.
The Heart Called to Lead the Mission
My name is David Saunders, and I am truly grateful to be living the mission the Lord has given me... follow Me Ministries.
Why? Because I continue to experience, daily, firsthand how integrating spiritual and human formation frees the active presence of God in my life. Those closest to me see the change. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still a mess—but now, I’m His mess.
My heart’s desire for follow Me Ministries is to help you experience the internal freedom and healing God is offering you—to walk together as we grow in wholeness, live from the heart, and discover your personal apostolate.
Professionally, I was a teacher from 1988 to 1998 and a principal from 1998 to 2018. For the next six years, I served in various discipleship roles within the Catholic Diocese of Wichita, KS. The human formation work I've embraced—particularly through an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed Catholic lens—has been the missing “part” in transforming not only my heart, but also my 37-year marriage, the lives of my four children, people I walk in discipleship with, and so much more.
Healing from past traumas, distorted views, and various addictions has opened the door to real freedom, real intimacy, and real mission. "We know that in everything God works for the good." - Romans 8:28
